A talent agency started by creators

We started as a small team of creators. We knew the job from the creator's side: the contracts nobody explains and the rates nobody will talk about. We set out to change that for the talent coming up behind us.

Agency has two meanings for us. It's the team that represents you, and it's the power to make your own calls about your career. We give creators both, and that's the idea behind #FindYourAgency.

We're part of Create Corp, a production and technology company. Our talent gets production support, custom stream tools, and a first look when Create Corp casts its own shows.

Our founders still stream. Decisions about schedules, sponsors, and contracts are made by people who run live channels themselves.

For brands, that means talent who suit the campaign and people who manage it from contract to recap. For creators, it means a manager who knows your content, terms you understand before you sign, and a roster small enough that you get our full attention.
